3Peaks Construction was founded by James Scott, a builder with deep roots in the construction industry. With years of experience ranging from running a successful roofing company to managing the development of multi-unit apartment complexes and full townhome communities across the Charlotte area, James brings hands-on expertise and leadership to every project.
